Delivery

We offer delivery services for items purchased off the floor or from our warehouse stock.  Cost vary depending on item, location, stairs, and entry points.

Special order items will be received at our warehouse.  There will be a shipping charge.

Returns

For purchases of our in-store  merchandise, we maintain a 7-day return policy for in-store credit only.

 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to stock that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage.

Due to custom and made-to-order processes involved, custom orders and/or special orders are not cancellable and not returnable once the order is placed .
