We have many resources to provide custom accessories, furniture, lighting, rugs,  and upholstery

Delivery

We offer delivery services for items purchased off the floor,  from our warehouse stock, and special order items.  Cost vary depending on item, location, stairs, and entry points. ​

Home Design Consultation Services

You can book an appointment with our designers to discuss all of your home design needs, space planning, and how we can help. We offer in-home consultation and provide proposals to review in-store.

Return/Exchange Policy

For purchases of our in-store  merchandise, we maintain a 7-day return policy for in-store credit only.  

 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to stock that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage.

​

Due to custom and made-to-order processes involved, custom orders and/or special orders are not cancellable and not returnable once the order is placed .  No returns on Furniture or special orders.
