Delivery

We offer delivery services for items purchased off the floor or from our warehouse stock.  Cost vary depending on item, location, stairs, and entry points.

Special order items will be received at our warehouse.  There will be a shipping charge.

Returns

We maintain a 7-day return policy for purchases of our merchandise. 

 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to stock that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage.

Custom orders, special orders are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.
