Acorn is a luxury boutique offering carefully curated furnishings,
lighting, gifts, and unique objects for the home.
Our background is in home staging and interior design with our sister company JV Staging, LLC founded 2011. In 2019, based on interest from our clients and the public, we decided to share our expertise in creating luxurious and unique homes.
We sell a range of beautiful products and gifts aimed at finishing the house perfectly, for every budget.
The Partners
Valerie Wills
is a well-regarded and seasoned residential interior designer. British-born, Valerie's love of travel is reflected in her style. Her style is a wonderful mix of old and new. Prior to her design career and settling in San Francisco, she worked for the management consulting firm, McKinsey living in London and Copenhagen. Valerie studied interior design at London’s Westminster University in conjunction with the Regent Academy of Fine Arts. She is a member of the Interior Design Society. She was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle Stylemaker Spotlight and has written various articles about living in London for Decorati.
Jane Mudge
is a San Francisco Bay Area native with business experience in residential staging and design. Her design style reflects her love of fashion with special attention to product construction, fabrics, and trends. Her professionalism and integrity are rooted in her prior marketing and advertising experience and work with new product marketing, client service and project management. Major client experiences includes; Safeway, McDonald's, Dockers, Charles Schwab and Visa. Residing in San Francisco, she is active in various philanthropic organizations including San Francisco Opera Guild and CPMC Women's Board. Educated both locally and abroad, she received her B.A. from Santa Clara University.
